Elizabeth Fields practices in all areas of family law and has represented clients in multiple counties of California. Known for her deep and thorough understanding of the California Family Code, T. Elizabeth Fields is a true advocate for her clients. As such, she is ardent about going to trial when her disputes call for it – litigating with an impressive zeal and a track record of wins to show it – yet she is also frequently singled out by her peers and others within the legal community for her work as a committed mediator and negotiator. She consistently seeks ways to achieve ethical and fair settlements. Fields believes, "You must be prepared to take a case to trial. A native to Los Angeles, T. Elizabeth Fields earned her High School Diploma from Marlborough School in 1983. She attended Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C., where she obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in International Affairs in 1987. Shortly after, in 1989, she received a Master's of Arts degree in French Literature, with a concentration in European Art History from The American University. She also has been a Certified French to English Translator since 1989. T. Elizabeth Fields returned to California in 1989 to attend Whittier Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 1993. She currently resides in West Los Angeles.

Licensed to practice in both California and the District of Columbia, T. Elizabeth Fields was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1993 and the District of rolex store Columbia Bar in 1994. In 2001, T. Elizabeth Fields successfully passed the State Bar of California's Legal Specialist Exam in the area of Family Law. In 2004, T. Elizabeth Fields obtained her mediation certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. In 2008, T. Elizabeth Fields completed the Minor's Counsel Training Program sponsored by the Los Angeles County Bar Association. T. Elizabeth Fields is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.

T. Elizabeth Fields began her legal career in 1993 at Moore, Sorensen & Horner, a civil and criminal litigation firm, where she eventually headed its family law division. By 2000, T. Elizabeth Fields opened her own law firm and supervised and managed a group of attorneys and support staff. With its main office in Beverly Hills, and satellite offices in both Westwood and Orange County, she litigated countless family law matters. Currently, T. Elizabeth Fields maintains one office in Beverly Hills where she dedicates her time and focuses her attention on individual clients with complex family law matters, high profile divorces, uncontested dissolutions, mediation, unbundled legal services and limited scope representation.

A frequent lecturer and speaker, T. Elizabeth Fields has appeared on various television news programs, including "Fox Morning News" and French television. T. Elizabeth Fields has also been published in areas of her expertise in the March 2005 Orange County Lawyer magazine with "The Celebrity Dissolution"; the August 15, 2005 Los Angeles Business Journal with "Navigating the Minefield of rolex replica Divorce & Support"; the Spring/Summer 2006 Divorce Magazine with "How Do the Courts in California Determine Custody and Visitation?"; the July 11, 2008 Los Angeles Daily Journal "Visitation Hesitation"; and the August 2012 Santa Monica Daily Press "Family Law Mediation: A Practical Solution for Today's Needs" articles. She is also the author of two American Bar Association articles, "Seminar on Topical Arbitration Issues", and "Hearing At The Premi貿Chambre C de La Cour d'Appel de Paris", ABA Sec. Intl Law & Prac. ILEX Briefing Monograph 7 (1993).

In the past, T. Elizabeth Fields served as a pro bono Judge Pro Tempore (2003 ⰿ) and a Settlement Officer (2001 ⰿ) for the Los Angeles Superior Court. She has been the lead referral attorney to potential family law litigants (1996 ಥsent) at a State Bar Certified Lawyer Referral Service in Santa Monica, California.
